Clear Levels is operated by ClearLevels LLC ("we," "us"), the entity responsible for the data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep data collection to a minimum.
Analytics & cookies
This is a static website. By default it sets no analytics cookies and no analytics runs. If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type). Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies and processes this data on our behalf; it runs only after your consent, using Google Consent Mode with analytics storage denied until you opt in. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. A small strictly-necessary cookie may be set to remember a referral code if you arrive via an affiliate link; it is not used for analytics or advertising.
When you subscribe
If you purchase a subscription, our payment processor collects the information needed to process payment (such as your email and payment details). We receive your email and subscription status, not your full card details. To deliver alerts, we use your Telegram handle/username. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party processors
We rely on third parties (a payment processor and Telegram) to operate the service. Your data is handled under their respective privacy policies.
International users (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us. We process data to provide the service you requested and on the basis of your consent.
Retention & children
We retain subscriber data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. The service is for adults (18+) and not directed to children.
